Within 35 miles of every sales lot. Any delivery needed past 35 miles from our sales lots will accrue an additional delivery fee of $7/per mile:

Pioneer Sheds’ goal is to deliver your building as soon as possible (weather permitting). Site prep also available (ask for details).
Additionally, Pioneer Sheds recommends you build a level gravel pad, especially for larger buildings, which is relatively inexpensive considering the whole of your investment!

Rent To Own
